Designed for large scale production, the MT Tumbler can cut fresh or dry gemstones by simply changing the tumbler.

With its new high-precision technology, MT Tumbler maintains the quality of flowers by matching manual cutting, which positions it as the best peeler in Europe. It can be combined in tandem with another MT tumbler to increase production capacity and even add input and output belts. It can be easily disassembled without the need for tools.

The MT glass can process from 30 to 40 kg/h fresh and from 6 to 9 kg/h dry.

Separate the collected flowers from the branches.

If you are working with only one MT glass, place it on a flat surface.

Feed 3-4 handfuls of flowers through the input hopper to fill the drum. While the machine is peeling this initial load, add a handful of flowers every 30 to 40 seconds. This loading interval may vary depending on the variety and condition of the product. The new product introduced will push the already peeled product into the drum giving it a grip. The product will remain in the basket for 30 to 45 seconds.

Clean the machine periodically and empty the waste bag.
