RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

If you wish to return an item for exchange, the procedure to follow may vary depending on your choice:

A) you want to make a return "At our Store".
B) you want to make a return "Online by shipping the package".

A) The Customer is invited to the Store to make their return within 14 days of purchase.
B) The Customer is invited to send an email within 14 days of purchase to hempointcbd@gmail.com describing the reasons for initiating the return procedure.
Then follow the return procedure communicated by our Customer Service.

Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached.
We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The product must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the email from our Customer Service with the instructions to follow.
The return will be processed within 3-4 working days after the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. Within the same term, the outcome will be communicated (acceptance with product replacement or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made via bank transfer or PayPal refund.
The sole costs of returning the product for merchandise exchanges are borne by the customer. In case of merchandise exchange, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.


WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are intact and that the item has its original packaging, with all tags attached.
The sole costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The price paid will be refunded within 30 days of the return of the goods, including delivery costs.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of Personalized Products requested at the time of placing the Order.
